The Philosophy of the Three C's
Many of us wake up each morning experiencing the first "C"
CRITICAL
We find fault with everything, especially that vision in the mirror. This vision doesn't match the models in the magazines that dictate what we are supposed to look like. The pressure is all around us. This is dangerous fantasy, because this is fantasy and fantasy has no flaws---and we do. (Flaws are imperfections that make us perfect just the way we are.) Sometimes we stay stuck in this negative image for years and fore go the opportunity to become enlightened or enhanced. Many find this stage very safe, because it is familiar. Remember, you are a piece of artwork and you are definitely an original!
We can only move on from this place by advancing to the second "C"
CONSTRUCTIVE
This is the action phase. We open our minds, our thoughts, our eyes and our imaginations to the new possibilities about ourselves, our design, both inside and out. How Exciting! Create your own set of rules based upon your criteria---nobody else. We are made up of the elements of design and the principles of art. Think how useless it would be to compare a Renoir to a Monet! As we become proactive about ourselves, we can reach the third "C"
CREATIVE
A positive and proactive outlook lead us to making new decisions that we never thought possible. The results are amazing! The outsides match the insides and visa-versa. You have become the "artwork" that you were meant to be in life and you are the designer! We can truly celebrate who we are at any weight, stage of life or perceived physical appearance that we are currently experiencing.
